In order to maintain quality of highly sensitive materials during the shipment (temperature and time) like antibodies, enzymes and cell/genetic materials, all materials will be shipped based on the manufacturer recommendation and custom cleared as fast-track. Moreover, documents about product certificates an originality along with documents of transport conditions under standard/cold condition (LN2, dry ice at -80 ºC, refrigerated at +4 ºC, or RT) will be declared to the customers with a datalogger recorded that recorder the temp profile from manufacturer/supplier facility to client facility if needed.

Delivery time for equipment excluding of processing equipment’s for production or synthesis that require special export/import permission will be 45 days to 3 month. Installation services and validation services according to GMP and GLP requirements will be offered upon request.
